Restaurants

We have been to all of these restaurants, and all are really good. As you can see, having a boat is beneficial in access to the attractions, most restaurants have slips on their docks for you to pull up in your boat.

Stand out's by land

Carmelita's: great mid western mexican food. 47 oz margarita is $12 and is better than most you have had. Carnita's are awesome and the cheesy chorizo is amazing. Land locked, no views, cept that fish bowl margarita...

Taboo Burger: Just great burgers.

Shrimp Daddy's : Some real cajun/creole dishes from an authentic Louisiana guy.

Stand out's by water or land

Tap and Grill: fantastic food, a little higher price wise.

Lake Burger: Great burgers, but.... they make adult shakes(have alcohol) that are crazy good.

Franky and Louie's: Good burgers and usually live music.

Shady Gators and Horny Toads: Always live music I think. Food is good.

Lake House 13: Easily the best fries, by a mile. Also the best drone video ever, look it up.

Coconuts: Great burgers, incredible views, swim up bars...

Strip restaurant's:

Neon Taco's: Amazing, in all ways, wall art to biggest foosball table ever to everything we've tried.

Tucker Shuckers: Oysters, and some crazy good food, like deep fried California rolls... Top notch.

J.B. Hooks: Fine dining with an amazing view. Live music always. Even in the winter.

These are just some of the stand outs that we have been to. There are so many we are leaving out. Pretty much all have web sites to check out, we are checking to see if we can add links here.

Missouri also has bars and restaurants that you can smoke in, I didn't list these although some are close and have good food also.
